Sunset Harbour, The Developers

Headed up by project director Martin Lawless and architect Steven Byrne, Sunset Harbour Ltd. is an Irish owned St Lucia based company.

They have been engaged in developing a number of Irish, Spanish, US and UK development projects including complexes of between 50 and 250 units, hotels, office and housing schemes.

Their most recent successful projects overseas have been in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, US and in Manchester, England.
