Interior Design, Furnishing Packages & Finishes

With the purchase of a residence at Sunset Harbour the owner may select from the following options

One of the three base bath/kitchen and unit finish packages with the option to upgrade the base packages with alternative finishes, fittings and tile selections. For further information please see the enclosed details specifications listings.

Alternatively the owner may receive a credit for the base finish package and create a custom designed unit at their own expense. Please note that when customizing a unit the unit plan cannot be altered.

When it comes to furnishing and decorating your unit, Sunset Harbour offers the following options:
The owner may select one of the three interior design furnishing packages all being offered at attractive pricing. Please refer to interior design and furnishings package.

Alternatively the owner can design, furnish and decorate the unit to their own specifications at their own expense. Please note that any unit owner wishing to place their residence in the rental pool must finish their unit with one of the interior design or furnishing packages provided by Sunset Harbour. Please note that all ground floor units come with a landscaped terrace.

Structural Specifications:
The building structure will be mass concrete with steel reinforcing. The roof structure will be timber clad, steel and timber framing. All building structures will be designed, tested and installed to latest internationally agreed hurricane, seismic and general building standards and codes.

Interior Compartment and Party walls:
These will be painted plaster finish on concrete, concrete block or pre cast concrete. Party walls are specifically designed to eliminate sound transmission.

Floor System:
The floors will be cast in place or pre-cast concrete floor systems complete with either stone, ceramic tile or wood finishes. The floor slabs will be designed to eliminate sound transmission.

Roof/Ceiling Systems:
The roof will be a wood framed system. The interior ceiling surfaces will be painted plaster. The average ceiling height will exceed 9’-0’. On the top floor units, where possible, vaulted ceilings will be incorporated into the design.

Interior Finishes:
All rooms except bathrooms will be fitted with wood skirtings and crown moldings. All interior doors will be solid core wood doors with wood veneer finish set in wood frames complete with architraves. Windows and Doors:
Windows and doors will be powder coated aluminium frames with double glazed glass panels. Windows will come complete with insect screens. Terrace doors will be powder coated aluminium frames sliding door units. Large terraces will also have full height operable wooden shutters.

Ventilation and air Conditioning System:
Ceiling fans will be provided in the bedrooms and the main living room. All the bedrooms will be fully air conditioned.*

Plumbing and Electrical systems:
All mechanical systems throughout the project will be designed to meet or exceed the applicable international mechanical and electrical codes. For further information please see the enclosed details specifications listings.

Electrical services include ample electrical outlets, recessed and surface mount lighting, full voice and data connectivity in the bedroom and living room and cable / or satellite television access. Each apartment will be equipped with a security, fire and life safety system.
